| 高級(jí)碳化硅耐火板具有以下幾個(gè)優(yōu)異性能： |
1.抗氧化性能好：能適應(yīng)陶瓷的氧化氣氛和還原氣氛燒成。
2.高溫抗壓和抗折強(qiáng)度高：棚板可長(zhǎng)期單面使用，不需翻身，不會(huì)變形。
3.耐急冷，急熱性好，使用時(shí)不易開裂。
4.棚板致密度高，表面光滑，使用時(shí)不落渣。
5.使用燒成的溫度范圍寬：可在800℃-1400℃的范圍內(nèi)使用。
6.產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度高：在同一規(guī)格、保證長(zhǎng)期使用不變形的前提下，棚板的厚度在同行業(yè)里是相對(duì)薄的，這樣可以很大限度的提高窯爐的利用率和能源的節(jié)約率。

Sic耐火板保存地點(diǎn)必須保持干燥，遠(yuǎn)離水氣潮濕。
The storage spot of SiC refractory materials should keep dried away from mist and wet. |

Sic耐火板放置方式避免平面堆疊．宜采用直立排列整齊方法。
Do not pile the SiC refractory materials on the top of another, it is preferable to put them in a vertical order. |

 |
Sic耐火板板面因噴涂氧化鋁涂料，故在使用前應(yīng)放置窯邊干燥。
After the SiC refractory materials plate is sprayed with alumina solution, it should be laid dried around the kiln before use. |

為確保Sic耐火板的長(zhǎng)期使用無損傷，被燒成物，宜放置干燥后裝窯。
To get longer useage and avoid damnification, The SiC refractory materials should lay dried and put on the refractory plate． |

施釉后之產(chǎn)品，接觸耐火板部份之釉料宜擦拭干凈。
After the product is glazed, the bottom of glazed product should be cleaned． |

構(gòu)筑耐火板時(shí)，耐火柱支撐宜保持垂直一直線，確保均勻平整受力。
When building refractory plates。the refractory supporter should be aligned． |

構(gòu)筑耐火板間之距離，宜大于15-20mm。
The distance between refractory plates should keep upon 15~20mm． |

 |
使用者對(duì)燒成曲線之設(shè)計(jì)，宜符合正常操作之條件，不宜急熱急冷。
7he design of sintering curve should meet the requirement of normal operation．Avoid heating or cooling in a shod time． |

冷卻時(shí)應(yīng)采用徐冷，避免使用冷風(fēng)快速冷卻，而影響耐火板。
When cooling takes place．it should be cooled gradually, avoiding exerting cold air to get a fast cooling． |

下窯時(shí)小心搬運(yùn)，避免高溫中用手搬運(yùn)，同時(shí)避免碰撞。
